I believe that none of what we do matters if how we do it isn’t right. I lead as a mentor and partner, and see my role and success as a constant evolution: How am I doing? What do people need more or less from me? I value putting boxes aside and building as creatives and strategists together. Acting empathetically, humbly, and with integrity. And playing our way to the answer. It makes the thinking and making a lot more fun (and getting to the right ideas easier).
